(7,768 posts)To a person, they are frightened.
Words used to describe BLOTUS: Not well, unhinged, mental disorder, in need of mental evaluation, loss of short term memory, his own worst enemy.
Joe said that if this man was a CEO of any company and he made stuff up and lied about non-existent things, he would be GONE and taken away for mental examination.
Holy shit, it's getting REAL on 'Morning Joe'.

(54,027 posts)Sorry, but we spent all last year saying how the Republicans were imploding and perhaps going away from the political scene forever.
This kind of talk just makes it look like we have short term memory loss. Even if the basis of their survival is corruption, dishonesty, and shallow marketing gimmicks, it seems to be working.
They control three branches of government right now

(27,813 posts)At some point we need to assess that we really have the better message, and in fact more people agree with it than don't. And we've had far better candidates since 2000, too.
How to translate that into election wins is the real issue.

(51,076 posts)Then I say let him continue on as long as he can. The 'CON party is our biggest long term problem in this country. It isn't terrorist, drugs or healthcare, its the republiCON party that we need to worry with

Is that better?
But I still stand by the Democratic part because even if he claims Rub, he sounds moderate Democratically.

(889 posts)is "democratic". "Democrat" is a noun. You can't use a noun to modify a noun, like you're doing with "Democrat News Commentator" and "the Democrat part". That's why this site is named "Democratic Underground" and not "Democrat Underground".
Sorry, but this is one of my pet peeves.

(24,578 posts)Using Democrat (noun) instead of Democratic (adjective) is a disparaging usage adopted by republicans. It is not only ungrammatical, it is offensive to Democrats.

(37,748 posts)"Other media figures have criticized the programs cozy relationship with Trump throughout the election... Scarborough had turned his show into a Trump super PAC for six months, and Baltimore Sun... called Scarboroughs relationship with Trump inappropriate. And an NBC pollster cited Morning Joes Trump coverage as an example of how the media have bolstered, and to an extent, even "created" Trump."
(Media Matters, (Nov 21, 2016)
An approving Trump here verbally extends his ring to be kissed. "I watched your show this morning," he says. "You have me almost as a legendary figure, I like that."
Trump goes on to say, "Just make us all look good."
"Exactly," says Scarborough.

And yes, most of them were on the dumpster's bandwagon in the beginning, they have spent months justifying his presinutsy. Joe and Mikster had how many secret meetings with the orange menace? They loved him. Well, Mikster had a crush on Christie, but if it couldn't be Crispy, then why not Donnie?
And yes, it will always be Joe Scum, or Joe Scar, or Morning Jerk. I trust him about as far as I could throw him.

And to hell with Andrea Mitchell, while I'm at it. There's no penance sufficient to forgive the way she constantly trashed Hillary during the campaign.
