President Donald Trump’s son, Don Jr. claimed that his father has “been proven right about it every time” he’s tweeted an attack on someone. It’s for that reason that Trump’s tweets attacking Mayor Sadiq Khan were perfectly justified in the junior Trump’s mind.

“Every time he puts something out there he gets criticized by the media. All day, every day,” Trump Jr. told “Good Morning America.” “And guess what, he’s been proven right about it, every time. We keep saying, ‘it’s going to be great’ and ‘hold fast,’ ‘we’re going to keep calm and carry on.’ Maybe we have to keep calm and actually do something. And I think that’s what he’s trying to say because he’s been proven right about it every time.”

Trump’s other son Eric was asked about the Russian probe and called it “the greatest hoax of all time.”

“It, without a question, reads and smells like a witch hunt,” Donald Trump Jr. agreed.
