I don't think it is blackmail. I think it is money, pure and simple. Because of this:

"Jared Kushner’s family needs $250 million to pay off Chinese investors — but US banks wary of lending"

Jared Kushner’s family is seeking a $250 million loan to pay back Chinese investors in a real estate development — but U.S. banks aren’t exactly eager to do business with them.

Kushner Companies have shopping around for a loan against their 50-story Trump Bay Street luxury tower in Jersey City, which they would use to repay investors and pay off a mortgage on the development, reported Bloomberg Politics.

The family would keep $50 million from the loan, sources told the website.

The company owned by Kushner’s family funded about a quarter of the $194 million development through the EB-5 visa program granting green cards to wealthy foreigners in exchange for U.S. investment.

Some large U.S. banks are reluctant to get involved in the transaction due to Kushner’s ties to the White House, and because of the politically fraught visa program, sources said.

The family will keep 50 million of the loan......think about that.

think about Kushner's attempt to milk more money from China by selling visas, which apparently he has done in the past.

Think about the wonder of a building at 666 address dragging Kushner down.

What if Trump is in debt to Russia? if he is indeed selling the WH/country to pay off a Russian debt?

Are compromised. And while it wasn't their original motive, it is why they are now desperate to cover up the money trail.

And it's why they are desperately trying to normalize their doing business while in the Oval. By the time it's uncovered they hope to have convinced the public that their deals were a win win for everyone and it's no big deal. The fact that they are black mailable matters. That's why it is huge he is and was giving concessions for nothing. It's payback. Becasue he's under pressure from Putin.

Does not seem so innocuous now. Intentionally or not, they are building the Chinese public's support for the Kushner brand which may make it harder for companies there to act against them.
Hate to say this about a 5? Year old, but they appear to already be using and training her to support the family business.
