Well, not in Fresno today. Three Dead, 1 Wounded.
Don't worry....none of the guns used were harmed. They're resilient those guns, and will live to shoot and kill another day. Thank God.

So glad I blocked your forum so I seldom run into this crap.

(544 posts)It says the son of a man held at gunpoint came out of the bedroom with an assult rifle and began firing. Aren't assult rifles specifically illegal in California?
Call me a skeptic, but I think spinning this story as any sort of "typical homeowner gun defense" is disingenuous at best.

(83 posts)I used the quote marks around 'good guys' and 'bad guys' because given the circumstances it seems possible that something other than encyclopedia salesmanship or a book club was taking place, but since it's being reported that the away team started the gun play in this instance I'll grant some sympathy to the home team.
Having framed it that way, I'd rather see the outcome that was than see two dead good guys and two murderers on the loose.
