money for food and shelter. For example, if a poor homeless man robs or steals $100 for a sandwich and a night in a motel on a bitterly cold night in January, he could get 10 years in prison. So, a rich man stealing $10,000,000 should get:
$10,000,000 / $100 x 10 years, which is 1,000,000 years in prison. That kind of justice would restore international confidence in the integrity of the US financial system.
