When a crisis struck, Mark Beischel didn’t hesitate.

Mark was still in uniform when he saw Bellevue resident Pat Barett fall 15 feet from a tree.

Mark jumped out of the car, yelled out to Pat’s son that he needed emergency services right away and rushed over to Pat, who was attempting to get up.
