McCain is attempting to connect Clinton to Russia.

McCain is attempting to conflate the no charges for emails, because there was no there there, and the Russian involvement in the election.

Telling Comey that Comey said there would no charges for Clinton but Trump is still under investigation (Russia).

Comey told him the Russian investigation is still ongoing to the best of his knowledge.

So McCain said the Russian investigation includes both Clinton and Trump (then?), and it was a double standard to say Clinton wouldn't be charged but Trump could be.

Never mind Clinton has never been mentioned in connection with Russia, and Comey was talking about the emails when saying Clinton would be not be charged in that, due to the lack of anything to charge her with.

McCain was accusing Comey/the FBI of treating Clinton favorably over Trump, when Clinton isn't connected to the Russian investigation. Making the claim that Comey said Clinton would not be charged in the Russian investigation, when Comey never said that and Clinton has never been linked to the Russian/election investigation.

to question Comey even though McCain is not on the Committee holding the hearings.

It was to confuse the issue with Trump's base by throwing in Clinton.

then when they try to prove that trump and his cronies actually have something to do with Russia he turns his energy to Clinton. What a two faced liar. He complains and whines about trump then does absolutely nothing then works at trying to blame Clinton for something she had fucking been cleared on. I have never liked this weasel and this proves one of the reasons why. Again, asshole.

after the way Twitler humiliated him about being captured shows both his senility and lack of character.

I actually started to like both him and Graham ever so slightly when it appeared they might strap on their balls and stand up to Trump, but it didn't take either of them long to return to kissing mode.

Remember during the 2008 debates when he referred to President Obama as "that one?" I was waiting for him to refer to Comey as "that thing."

the name that came up was Trump. The Intelligence agencies looked at Trump because it was his name and his people that came to light.

McCain was accusing Comey of letting Clinton off the hook for something no one - not the intelligence agencies or anyone else - has said she was a part of.

He wanted to leave the impression that - somehow - Clinton was getting away with something.
