Last I heard this was a vague threat.

Trump never said that. Period.

"Comey had just better hope there aren't any tapes."? Which is certainly not the same as saying he has them, just a typical Trump blustering threat. But since he did say that, there ought to be a subpoena for them.

Of course, Comey didn't tape anything, but he did make contemporaneous notes which he apparently shared with others at that time.
