GOP pundits keep saying "Trump's not under investigation." No! He WASN'T last time Comey & he talked

... and that's all anyone outside of the FBI knows at this point.

Of their conversations? Because he's being investigated for obstruction of justice.

Also, after he said he fired Comey due to the Russian investigation he placed himself personally in the spotlight if the Russian investigation.

So, we know he's being investigated in at least one criminal case at the moment.
