AND the GOP Senate is getting ready - with ZERO input from health care consumers or patient advocacy groups - to RAM DonTCare (or some equally deadly version of it) through the Senate.
Know why the GOP won't do ANYTHING to stop Trump no matter WHAT he does? Because the daily Trump scandals and drama keep America distracted so the GOP can take EVERYTHING away from non-billionaires while destroying our government.

(28,799 posts)they have staff. essentially, they have more than 24 hours a day to fuck up the country. and they are dedicated, energetic, stupid yet clever, and completely devoid of morals or ethics or anything close to empathy or sympathy for the less fortunate among us.
i'm having trouble keeping up. every day it's something different. health care's going down the drain. the financial monsters who caused the great recession are getting every fucked up thing back that they need to do it again. the president's giving away our forests, our national parks, our highways and bridges to private parties so they can profit from us twice, once when we pay our taxes and again when we pay the toll. the president goes on a trip and kisses the ass of the dictator who refuses to recognize the worth of women or even their humanity and beheads people for protesting his rule, then turns around and apparently deliberately shits on our democratic allies.
i know there's more. it's multiple catastrophes on a daily basis. who can keep up? and the fucking republicans are just going to town. they are evil motherfuckers.

(28,799 posts)McConnell is fixing to fast track the health care bill and have a vote without debate. i already called Tillis for all the good it will do. i've been thanking Burr for taking the russia investigation seriously and he's retiring, so i can't threaten him with losing next time out.
fucking republicans. why do they want to destroy this country??
