For people on the right, that Trump was not under investigation by the FBI and that Attorney General Loretta Lynch coerced Comey into characterizing the Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation as a "matter" and not what it really was, an "investigation."
It was better (more substantive) than I had expected. I was impressed by the Senate Intelligence Committee and by James Comey.
John McCain, who is not a voting member of the committee but was allowed to ask questions as an ex-officio member, was an embarrassment. He appeared to me to be suffering symptoms of senility. He confused James Comey with Donald Trump and asked ridiculous questions and was the only Senator to go over his allotted time and have to be gaveled down, three times.
