Desrshowitz: Comey a chicken who is afraid of seagulls, take obstruction off the table

Just now on MSNBC.

Trump has the power to end the investigation, Trump was innocent and not under investigation, Trump wouldn't go public with it, Trump was right to fire him.

Damned liberal media!

Used to be a halfway decent criminal lawyer, loved calling himself a Liberal, until 9-11.
Now, he's just as legally savvy as "Judge" Nepalitano - a celebrity hack begging for spotlight to make those bedazzeled glory days keep shining on his suits.

And Dersh often said one point of the definitive proof of his innocence was that The Juice bever owned a pair of Bruno Magli shoes matching the crime scene footprints

Just as I do when Greta shows up on MSNBC, and often when Chuck Toad shows up as well.

My temper fuse is getting shorter with each day.

Funny . . . I logged on to start a thread about the same thing. Glad I'm not the only one.

I've been watching Dershowitz since the election and I don't understand why he is one of the sycophants. Today isn't the first time he's done this. He has been a regular on any news channel that will have him and he is making outlandish claims that aren't supported by the known facts or the law. I'm a lawyer and if anyone is dumbfounded like me and wondering if there is some legal theory he is correct about - there isn't. I know he is wrong in both the facts he recites and the legal theories he is presenting - I'm dumbfounded that a once proinent liberal is now sounding like Sean Hannity. Possible he has Russia connections? Does this have to do with his relations/support with Israel - maybe Trump made him a promise? (I have not heard anything about those questions and I'm not implying that either of those are correct .. . I'm just pulling at straws here.)

The investigation may be progressing slower than we'd like, but I am certain that Trump will be out of office within a year from today. It is time to start taking names of all these people (mostly GOP) who are still standing by Trump when anyone with eyes can see that crimes are being committed every day, since day one. Russia, Florida mansion and Azerbaijan have everything needed for a prosecution for money laundering and/or tax evasion, plus some treasonous statutory crimes.

they're premature. We can't take obstruction of justice off the table yet.

It all hinges on what Flynn did criminally and how much of that activity Orange Idiot knew about. Yes, the buffoon has the constitutional authority to instruct the FBI Director whom to investigate or not, but he has zero legal authority, constitutional or otherwise, to cover up a crime.

of course his arguments are compelling, the question is why is he donating his services to Trump.
