Taxes and Tactics: Labeling To Win (Just like Frank Luntz does)

If Frank Luntz worked for President Obama what would he call the mandated penalty "Tax" in the Affordable Care Act?
The Deadbeat Tax
The Cheater's Tax
What other labels would he use that we should?
Why aren't we doing this?

Freedom riders were heroes of the civil rights movement.
We need much stronger language.
We need to demonize here, unfortunately.
But that's what politics is.
