"Deliver a message to the Democrats and the Mainstream Media..." (An ad on TV)

Has anyone else seen this ad?

Some group is spending money for supporters of Donald Trump to show their support for him and to send a message to the Democrats and the media.

I don't think I have ever seen an ad campaign such as this?
