(101,361 posts)Since they only stand in Scotland, 59.3% of seats from 36.9% of the vote. A first past the post system favours the leading party.

(6,476 posts)This is basically a hung Parliament, like one report called it. The UK in effect does not have a workable government the way things stand. Either May slips further and she's out or Corbyn slips up and May gets her majority back. Anything else is standing on legs wobblier than jello.
