And they WOULD vote to remove her from office. Then they'd start banging the drum with fake scandals against Tim Kaine to do the exact same thing to him too. And pass laws to change the power structure to install Republicans in the White House again amidst a Democratic term. We all know that's exactly what they'd do. Hell, the Republicans would be screaming openly for the assassination of Hillary Clinton "for the good of the country."

But if Ryan admits they would proceed with impeachment against a Democrat, the next logical question out of anyone's mouth would be: "What the hell are you waiting for with Trump, then?"
