They lost the election.
Comey was a leaker.

The big networks treat me badly.
And the monkey shines and the pointing of his little finger.
At least it was reasonably short but what was the point.

(16,975 posts)about being nice to him. Out in the open in public at a presser. So take that behavior in public and imagine it in private and how he would badger someone to do his bidding. He really doesn't get how much he incriminates himself.

(5,611 posts)He was clearly very angry that he was being asked such questions, and of course he bullied the press before the Q& A even started. I hate that I hear the fear in their voices when they ask him questions as they are all worried he will blow up or kick them out permanently. That's what he wants!

(47,209 posts)Didn't use the word loyalty once. Interesting.
Also at one point he answered "he didn't say that" and not "I didn't"- answered wrong question.
And he's promising an answer in the tapes "very soon" - like his taxes?

(82,849 posts)Like the situation in Afghanistan or Iraq was always going to turn around in six months according to Thomas Friedman (leading to creation of the Friedman Unit), Trump is always promising to get back to us with his genius plan in "two weeks" or sometimes "two or three weeks." On March 15, he promised America that he'd have proof positive of Obama's "wire tapps" on him within a couple of weeks. In case your calendar is broken, today is June 9, considerably more than two weeks. Luckily for Trump, there's been no follow-up from the liberal media on this point, for some odd reason.

I guess he thinks that we will forget what he said in a two week time span. God, he is lame.

(5,611 posts)Like what are you talking about you orange dingdong? Oh yeah, notice how every single one of his special projects is going to happen in a few weeks...or months? Like the wall? Health care (member he was going to do that on DAY ONE)? The big bad trillion dollar plan? The plan to defeat Isis, which he was going to do immediately...

I say, BRING IT!
I get auto corrected ALL the time, & it wouldn't correct my perjury spelling above..
But it did give me : "purge Ryan" !

(15,696 posts)He'll just lie. As always.
He has no idea that he's guilty of witness intimidation. Shades of Nixon. I'm just glad that Trump never paid any attention to the Watergate hearings when he was fighting "his own personal Vietnam" by sleeping with hundreds of women.

(5,811 posts)He was so snarky and short tempered it was no wonder he blurted out nonsensical answers and in general acted like a jackass in front of the world. He was so aggravated at having to endure that press conference but on the other hand he got to show off to his base. We have seen him like this before, but it was stunning to me to see him act like that with a visiting dignitary at a formal ceremony in the Rose Garden. We expect our leaders to be composed and cordial, not irritable and snarky. Frankly, I am embarrassed for our nation that this man/child represents us around the world.

(5,611 posts)He acted like this in front of the world today as this was a meeting with the Romanian pres and therefore an international event. Trump's behavior was truly the worst I have ever seen from any pres publicly, so grossly inappropriate, and it is so fucking embarrassing in the eyes of the world!!! Ugh.
He has used this jackass, bullying behavior in the past to intimidate his workers, contractors, etc because he could do whatever he wanted business-wise as long as he was willing to pay off lawsuits (many people who worked for him have stated this). He brought that exact mentality to the White House, and it is very clear that he can't stand the fact that he's been questioned or that anyone dares to challenge him. That's what you get when you elect a narcissist who was gifted $$$ through the genetic lottery and had everything handed to him on a platter. And on top of that he has no apparent moral compass and forget the idea that he's some great "patriot" he has NEVER EVER ASKED about what the Russians did or with who or how we can prevent it in the future. Wonder why? (Eye roll)

(5,611 posts)and years of backpayments. It doesn't work that way, moron. He's been corrected on this multiple times but he keeps acting like - to quote one of the CNN people - NATO is a country club like his stupid piece of Florida trash mar-a-lago and that one pays "membership" dues. That ain't how it works).
Of course he was saying all of this in front of the very submissive and frightened-looking Pres of Romanian who kept turning to Trump for approval, and of course Trump ignored him, tapped his fingers loudly on the lectern and jerked his head around because he's pissy and bored and just a complete dick. And of course he thinks he's king and doesn't need to answer questions ever.
He also wouldn't comment on Russia being a threat when the Romanian pres brought this up as part of a question and answer about NATO. Trump deliberately answered PART of a question but avoided the other part, which had to do with Russia as an aggressor. As usual, Trumper wouldn't say a word about Russia or his master Putin.
This man is just a disgusting human being. Truly. He looked like SUCH A PETULANT ASSHOLE. I have NEVER SEEN A PRESIDENT BEHAVE SO BADLY in public. And we have some scary examples but Trump has degraded our country like nobody before him.

skin/make-up especially bad in the outdoors
Grammy23
(5,811 posts)Do you suppose he fixes his own hair and applies his own makeup?? One reason I am curious is that sometimes his makeup is horrendous and so over applied that he looks literally orange. Other times, he looks so white around the eyes like he has raccoon eyes from wearing sunglasses on a bright sun-shiny day. Lots of variation which a professional make up artist would not do.
As for his hair....it has gotten more and more blonde with very light areas around his ears. I suspect his real hair (what there is of it) is light gray or white. He is too vain to let it go white so will probably continue applying his Clairol at night while he is contemplating his next twitter attack.
