Media as are trying to change the subject since they didn't predict the courts ACA decision. It is

so blatant it is pathetic

Two of the networks made asses out of themselves by not reading the full decision, and reporting that the mandate was thrown out.

I saw almost "joy" in those MSM faces that represent the mockery of cnn and fox when they thought the ACA mandate was unconstitutional, and the equal disappointment when they found out it was Constitutional

It didn't take but a few days for them to scramble, and start diminishing the decision by saying Roberts changed his mind. He was voting against it originally. This crap will go on for some weeks, it will NOT be discussing the merits of it, but the rumors and gossip to try and cast doubt of its legitimacy

The media is a disgrace in this country.

with such drama about the behind-the-scenes voting. other than reporting the actual vote count and saying something about the usual left-right split or the unusual coalition in a given decision, they rarely have anything to say about it.

but this one was all about the drama, all about robert's switch and the right-wingers' fury, and so on.

i'd say it really diminishes the court, but the court has done so much to diminish itself going back most notably to bush v. gore and before that as well, really ever since republicans decided to stack the court with partisans and block the democrats at every turn.
