Is there anyone a whistleblower can report to who is not a Trump cronie?

How would one get info to such a person now? I assume all of the standard avenues are now contaminated with Trumpists.

Elijah Cummings said a few months ago that whistleblowers who didn't know where to go can come to him. But I assume most Democrats in Congress would act responsibly with whistleblower information.

I guess I'd probably contact NY AG Schneiderman using a fake name and throw away cell. I'm pretty sure the AG isn't in Trump's pocket and he may either find the info helpful or put me in contact with someone hopefully 'safe'.

I'd also trust my two anti-Trump Dem senators, Schumer and Gillibrand.
