For months, President Donald Trump has been trying to convince Cindy McCaina respected voice on refugees and other humanitarian issues and wife of Sen. John McCain, a Trump criticto join his administration. Now, its a done deal for both parties, according to two senior administration officials.

(6,262 posts)Can't explain it, but somewhere. sometime, I concluded she is smarter and has more depth than her husband.
I made fun of her "prom dress" at her speech, but now regret that. She is much more than her looks and how others think of her due to that.
I think she has paid her dues over and above in her personal and volunteer efforts to help people in trouble, and she is capable and sincere about this task.
Now her husband???? Forget it and forget him. Any promising sound bite gives way to a horrible vote. Not the worst Republican in the stew, but always disappointing.
