You know the rumor mill has Trump giving his Chief of Staff until July 4th to get his act together...so Priebus prevails upon the Cabinet to deliver a sloppy helping of cheesy praise to Make Trump feel Great Again. Trump's ego is too encompassing for him to realize how hideous the optics on this were. Although most of his Cabinet are unsavory and despicable in their own right, I suspect each of finds Trump personally loathsome.

Only a few didn't go too far with the slathering of praise, namely Maddis who kept his spiel short and to the point. Some looked uncomfortable but managed to choke out a kiss up to Dear Leader. Priebus was clearly kissing trump's ass in order to save his job. The pleased look on trump's face and the folded arms told the story. He was basking in the glory, totally caught up in the gooey sentiment. For a brief moment this morning he was feeling pretty good and satisfied with all he surveyed. Soon enough, things would tumble out of control again and word on the street is that the White House was in chaos tonight.

Tomorrow, another chapter in this never ending saga begins. Will the fate of the nation be revealed? Or will it drag on without giving us a hint of what the future holds for the rest of us saps? Hold on to your hats....we could be entering rough waters.

I had a flashback to about 25 years ago when little Rumpy had a press conference so Marla Maples could breathlessly tell the world that he was "the best lover she ever had". Of course, I knew of Trump but could never understand why he got so much publicity when there were so many rich people who had so much more money than he did. Well, we knew he was spending so much time self promoting and the media was happy to go along with it.

I remember feeling disgusted/ almost nauseous to hear about this egomaniac getting this publicity and standing there like a little peacock all puffed up while Marla told the story he wanted have told about his sexual prowess (dream on, Tiny Hands!). It was so pathetic it was pitiful.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think this crude, pathetic loser would be our President!! What in the hell happened to this country?!!!
