Period. Find another country if you want to mutilate another human in any way under the protection of religious rite. America defines freedom from religion and freedom to practice worship to a God of individuals choosing. Female genital mutilation is not worship of a God. It is a rite. This opens the door to court interpretation of religion and religious rites. Two different arguments IMO.

So will he be advocating no medicine because some religious sects are against it. Thats already been fought. Yest, people still do it, quietly. With legal repercussions if discovered.
