Listen Up DOJ Staffers! Robert Bork Has Something To Say To You!

Last edited Tue Jun 13, 2017, 02:32 PM - Edit history (3)

"If you allow yourself to be involved in any way in the firing of Mueller....you'll never sit on the Supreme Court. You'll never sit on a circuit court, an appellate court, a night court, or even a f-ing TENNIS COURT! You won't get a professorship to Harvard, or Yale, or any respectable university. If you get involved in this shit...you're going to spend the rest of your career as a sessional lecturer correcting essays for Orly Taitz at the Howard Taft Law Correspondence School!

So, if Tangerine Caligula, or Jeff "Keebler Elf" Sessions comes to you and tells you to file some papers firing the Special Counsel, the best thing you can do is resign on the spot. At least that way you'll go down in history as a person of integrity, rather than a dirty little apperachik for Putin's puppet."

EDIT: Lordy, has it come to this? I have to label this post as 'SARCASM/SNARK' lest I be accused of posting 'FAKE NEWS?' C'mon people, 'Fake News' is an article claiming Bernie Sanders supports a Special Counsel to investigate Loretta Lynch over 'Mattergate,' with a link to a realistic looking page from the Kalamazoo Gazette, and an IP address in Albania. This is obviously SNARK. Even if Bork hadn't died five years ago, I can't picture him referring to Sessions as 'Keebler Elf.' (Notice I said NOTHING about him referring to Trump as Tangerine Caligula. We have to read things into omissions these days.)

considering that he remained a Yale Law Professor, remained Solicitor General and later became a Federal Appeals Court judge, after he fired Archibald Cox.

He was also a Yale professor before he fired Cox and remained one after. Doing Nixon's bidding certainly didn't make him a pariah.
