because there are questions he "can't" answer in open session that he would have to answer in closed session?

but I also know that he could use the cop-out that his "meetings" were part of his function as a Senator and thus didn't need to be reported.

Just watched Gingrich on GMA... Strategy seems to be to attack Mueller and attack the Special Counsel as a"dangerous " thing.

They are setting up Mueller's firing.
