regarding subsidies and telling the IRS not to implement penalities for those who fail to get and keep health coverage. It's called sabotage. It means Twitler is NOT faithfully executing all laws as he said he would when he took the oath of office.

deregulate, open things up to the market, blah, blah, blah. Just do enough of that and rates will drop to oblivion. We'll all have low cost health insurance! Just set the market free! Then add a dose of Trumpian deal making. It's gonna be great!
