Public Workers In Scranton Getting Minimum Wage? It's About Wage Parity With 3rd World.

The public workers in Scranton getting minimum wage is a first really. What would they get if there were no minimum wage like the GOP wants? The GOP code about over regulation includes making all wages market driven. I guess that means working for $1 a day where it is the wage in places like India is ok here.

These workers are lucky they could be working for a $1 a day.
