Does Trump Have All His Staff/Administration/Cabinet Sign Confidentiality Agreements....

to work for him. Do we know or have we ever seen what is in one of these CA's? What is their consequence if they violate their CA? If they don't violate their CA do they get rewarded in some way?

What does Trump hold over their heads with these CA's?

Might their signing a Trump CA prevent them from answering questions in an open hearing like the one today with Sessions or the one the other day when Rogers and Coates refused to answer?

Is it normal for people working for a President to sign a CA?

His staff have an obligation to the people, the country and the constitution. And they must comply with congressional oversight. We are supposed to be an open system.

In the private sector, CA's are enforeable contracts. But in the public sector they would not be enforeable and Trump would have no ability to enforce a CA as a private citizen. So all Trump has over them is their jobs, and whatever he knows about the crimes they committed for him.

unless they relate to classified or sensitive materials or contracts. http://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-cant-legally-make-new-staff-sign-ndasyet

This might not stop Trump from making people sign them, but they are not binding and if violated Trump would have no remedy except for firing the person (if they aren't Civil Service).
