He pledged in January to quickly develop a program for countering hackers, but no one seems to know who's in charge of developing it or where it is.
But this is the greatest administration in history. I've passed so much legislation. I've hit ISIS so hard. Hardest ever. That 90-day Muslim ban worked, see? Even if it wasn't implemented and would have been over by now and no one from any of those countries has done anything here in the U. S. Because I'm the best. I just have to say things and they work. They work great. They work the best. And everyone loves me because I'm the best.
