While efforts by White House staff to curb or, at least, discipline, Trump's tweets have always met with sporadic success at best, it seems now either that (1) nobody there is even trying to protect Trump (and what's left of his NPD-deranged mind); or (2) no one has the capacity anymore to cabin the worst of his off-sloughings.
