Punks with guns (or nuclear weapons) are exceptionally dangerous people.

There's a thread here on DU about some dickhead with poor self-esteem who shot a random bicyclist with a shotgun from a car. Having that shotgun emboldened someone who would otherwise be a frightened little person. It's a common thing, really. Whatever the reason for a person feeling powerless and weak, a firearm is often their choice of compensation.

On a similar note, we have such a punk as the current resident of the White House. He's feeling beleaguered right now, but that's not a new situation for him. While he doesn't have a gun, he has an Army, Navy, Marines and the Air Force in his hands. He also has a vast network of law enforcement forces, as well, all heavily armed. It's the same thing, really.

Donald Trump has it within his power to play the armed punk to the entire world. He can thumb his swollen nose at anyone he wishes, and is actively engaged in doing just that. Even though he may realize that his time with that power may be brief, he seems bent on throwing his considerable weight around and getting back at those who have disrespected him.

Punks with guns are dangerous. They can act without warning and in ways that harm people. Like the punk with the shotgun who shot a bicyclist he didn't even know, Donald Trump is in a position to do great damage to unsuspecting people.

Donald Trump is a heavily armed punk. We need to be watchful at all times for him to act in ways that endanger us all.
