If he is successful, in the long run, with this as in staying in power or out of jail, then there is no reason for any of us to care anymore. We then have to look to start a new country.

Problem with that is this is exactly what Putin is hoping we will do, he hopes the true patriots will get so fed up, so angry, that they will do something overt, then he rolls in and takes over.

Nobody said a word about what a putrid excuse human being he was, or even that he was a liar or a cheat.
Most of the media reporters praised him, or the worst they said was that "he's no better/worse than Hillary."

You're saying that New Yorkers already knew about Trump, so how come didn't they say something before he got elected?

All we heard about was "Donald Trump is good for business." And the news outlets all (or most of them) made a fortune last year selling their advertising and a lot of it was fake news, but nobody cared.

It's the reporters and the US news media who FAILED in their jobs last year.
