to even warrant a stop + 7 shots in close proximity to a small child. Out of control But yeah not surprised either in a way
I think there was hope
As his mom said after the verdict Are you kidding me???

“The system in this country continues to fail black people and will continue to fail us,” she said outside the courtroom. “My son loved this city, and this city killed my son. And a murderer gets away. Are you kidding me right now?”

And anyone who said "Yes" was dismissed.

So, it doesn't surprise me.
