Just an idea how to beat the GOP on the ACHA...

Apparently we are down to luck or unlimited amendments.

How about each Dem senator takes turns putting in an amendment that ONE citizen from their state be exempted from any waivers any state may later carry out? That would take YEARS for them to get through.

And I'd suggest the first one be from this other thread today:

The rules of the senate are such that the majority leader can call for a cloture vote to end debates after a certain time. its days, not years.
