Sean Spicer says Trump can fire Mueller: You serve at the pleasure of the president that is a fac

Spicer also said that the president had confidence in all the members of the Justice Department, including Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is reportedly investigating the president for obstruction of justice.

According to the press secretary, it is “possible” that Trump may reveal by “the end of the week” if there are recordings of his conversations with fired FBI Director James Comey. Spicer insisted, however, that the Trump has the power to fire Mueller if necessary.

He serves at the pleasure of the people. They are his boss. Does he understand that?

He has HUGE case of Oppositional Defiant Disorder..the Biglyest! Makes it a point to do the opposite of what people push him to to....or not to do.

Here's why he might not fire him..yet. " Wait for an announcement coming by end of week...in a few days...in a couple of weeks" often precedes something that he ends up not doing.

Meanwhile, realize not only does Spicer not have a law degree, he still has not figured out how to Tweet well. Not a source for correct info.

even if that would destroy a vital passage, kill thousands of americans and non-american innocents, and even if the fallout was known to hit america, and even if he tweeted that he did it because he thought obama might be on the cruise ship.

all he needs to make it legal is some sketchy intel that suggests there might be a known terrorist in the blast radius. hey, there's a war on terror, right? damn shame about all the collateral damage....

that doesn't mean it wouldn't also be a high crime and misdemeanor.
that doesn't mean it wouldn't also be a criminal offense.

If Mueller were to be dismissed, the Attorney General would have to fire him. I think he is recused from this, and the baton would be passed to the Deputy Attorney General (Rod J. Rosenstein). When questioned earlier, Rosenstein said he would not adhere to any move which he considered illegal, such as an illegal firing. Additionally, the Special Counsel can only be dismissed for cause.
