epublican Senator Mike Lee of Utah on Tuesday expressed his frustration with his own party over its health care plan — which he says he hasn’t even been able to see.

In a video message posted to Facebook, the senator noted that many people were curious about when Senate Republicans planned to release their health care plan to the public.

“I haven’t seen it yet, either,” Lee said. “Even though I’ve been a member of this working group assigned to help narrow some of the focus of this, I haven’t seen the bill. It has become increasingly apparent over the past few days that even though we thought we were going to be in charge of writing this bill within this working group, it’s not being written by us.”

“It is apparently being written by a small handful of staffers for members of the Republican leadership in the Senate,” he continued.

The Republican said he was frustrated with the status of the health care plan, and said most of his colleagues have not been able to see the bill either.
