On Rachel last night, Merkley said we need massive public outcry on ACA; not getting it like before

Last night on RAchel, Senator Merkley was on and said they need massive public outcry on health care; people are on vacation or distracted by Russia and Rs aren't getting nearly the outcry they had before. He organized the Dem protest in the Senate. He was asking people to please mobilize and make a lot of noise about it.

We have to be careful not to let Russia be such a distraction that Congress slides things by. Not that they are sliding by health care, but they aren't hearing from constituents like before. Net Neutrality is under attack also. We need Wonder Woman. But we can make their phones ring off the hooks.

This and a lot of other things are getting under reported. Go figure. Everytime I begin to give the media some credit after they basically gave the win to the Donald, I am back at square one.

And I believe the replacement will have some form of single payer.

I hate that this is what we have to go through to get it, but I believe that will be the ultimate result.

I have friends here in California states have relatives/friends in Red states who are going through outrage fatigue, even some who've told me that their relatives have told them that they don't care anymore--they're tired of tRumputin, russia and having to worry about losing their health care. That's frightening, and sad knowing that many have given up and we're only about 155 or so days into this illegitimate, ruskie/GOP-installed president's administration.

Once the text is actually released and scored I am quite sure the outrage will be deafening again.
