7. New by Wash Post-Report: Obama ordered cyber 'implants' for Russian network in response to hacking

I linked the USA Today article that summarizes the basic info in the new Wash Post article that came out today.

"President Obama, angered by Russian hacking during the 2016 elections, authorized a covert cyber operation to deploy "implants" in Russian networks that could be triggered remotely in retaliation to any future cyber aggression by Moscow, The Washington Postreported Friday.

The Post said the operation, still in its early stages, had been signed off on by Obama and authorized U.S. agencies to carry out the program, even into the new administration.

"U.S. intelligence agencies do not need further approval from (President) Trump, and officials said that he would have to issue a countermanding order to stop it," the Post reported. "The officials said that they have seen no indication that Trump has done so."

The implants, developed by the NSA, are designed to hit Russian networks deemed “important to the adversary and that would cause them pain and discomfort if they were disrupted,” a former U.S. official told the Post."

the operation, IF he was ever briefed on it. I think it is possible the IC didn't want trump to know anything in case he was compromised. And hasn't he proved he is?

9. US Intelligence had sources deep inside the Russian government per Wash Post article

Other key findings:

— U.S. intelligence sources, drawing upon what the Post said was "sourcing deep inside the Russian government." had detailed information of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s "direct involvement" in the cyber campaign to disrupt and discredit the U.S. presidential race.

— CIA Director John Brennan first alerted the White House in early August that Putin had ordered the operation to defeat or at least damage Hillary Clinton and help elect her opponent, Donald Trump. Sent by courier from the CIA, it carried “eyes only” instructions that its contents be shown to just four people: Obama and three senior aides.

— As officials debated a response, secrecy and security was extraordinary, akin to the measures employed in the leadup to the killing of Osama bin Laden.

— On Aug. 15, Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson arranged a conference call with dozens of state officials, hoping to enlist their support for designating state voting system "critical infrastructure" to give priority in offering them federal cybersecurity assistance. He ran into a wall of resistance, including skepticism from Georgia's secretary of state who said he was unconvinced of Russian interference and viewed the White House proposal an assault on state rights"

and not only Russians in Russia, but we have at least 3 dead in America. Two in New York City, one in the Washington, D.C.

Look for more shortly. I'm not sure Trump administration will help any of them. Horrific.

It looks like thuglicans WILL be increasing their numbers in the House and Senate come 2018. Wouldn't surprise me if "magically" thuglicans make HUGE inroads into a deep blue state like Ca. Also, into blue states like Maryland, New York, NV, Oregon, Washington State and New Jersey. Hey, why not go fo the Governors seat in CA. Hey, thuglicans won WI, PA and MI. "magically."

Whose there to stop them from getting "help" to WIN the rest of the blue states
thuglicans and tRumputin want complete and total rule over the USA, and give russia more input into our country than Dems have. Hey, whose there to stop them?

This White House is going to sit back and do NOTHING to keep the ruskies out of our elections. thuglicans are going to continue voter-suppressing all over and on steroids. They control every oversight committee, our voting structure. I guess we might be seeing states like New York and California go RED just like MI, and PA. & WI. did.

GOOD-BYE Constitution

So I guess that's that. The USA of russia.

Rachel Maddow had reported way back that Putin had an agent physically removed from a Kremlin meeting and had him charged with treason. No more was heard of him.

They've been "disappearing" ever since trump and his closet (they're not really a cabinet) started getting security briefings and can tell putey poot the names of assets. It started just a few days after trump was sworn in and got his first briefing.
