"See, even democrats agree it's a broken mess"

it was not perfect.......... At least after the GOP passes the bill we have ground to stand on of what our fix would have done, and shown we are still capable on creating a solution to problems.......

Those bills just don't make it out of committee, because they're bills or amendments proposed by Democrats.
And of course, "The News" never includes what typically goes on in Congress because it's either boring or doesn't matter to the advertisers.

even make it to a committee in this congress. But at least we would have proposed bill that could be used for contrast and compared against the GOP's Solution. Its not good enough to just point out how bad the GOP solution is, we must show what a good solution would look like!

that is the intent,,,, to have it "shot down". that fact would provide even more credence for being ammunition fodder for our talking points......we can't keep playing the game on the GOP's terms.......
