I'm getting a concept for 2018..

call it 'rural medification.' Basically propose a program to help small towns and rural counties hire GPs as a local medical option.

Call it "town doctors" or something. Run ads with clips from old TV shows and movies showcasing the town doctor and how they lives among the people and helps them when sick. Focus on local hiring and contracting.

Just spitballing here.

Did you know that in some rural counties, the county will hire a Veterinarian, house them, and give them a small stipend to work in that county so farmers will have a vet that is close? Don't know why we can't do the same with doctors.

set up a way to help finance it through the states and local gov't offices. Hell, you could even block grant it, since Repubs like that kind of crap.

In return upon graduation, that person served as that town's doctor.
