13. The Prez, congress and senate are our "royal" family

Not very well liked I might add. When the ACA was being debated, some news source asked why the american people could not have the same health care as the congress and senate. They quickly put a kabosh on that talk and quickly changed the subject... it would be too expensive!!!

3. We have no power as citizens except when we vote, and millions of Americans are too

stupid to handle that! Congress makes the rules, we watch and then blow it when we vote. So, we end up with a self-serving congress that serves themselves and screws the rest of the country. ... but then I return to the former, Americans are fucken stupid and are led around like sheep by manipulated propaganda from the media.

As nice as the idea sounds, Congress votes on its own benefits. We have nothing to do with that.

This is yet another idea that cannot be accomplished, so it's of no use in fighting with our elected officials.

But it sure would be nice if there was a way that they ( and all members of state legislatures also) would all lose their access to health care if one US citizen lost theirs for any reason -

"OK, asshole, why don't you just let us get the healthcare YOU get? Deal?"

Effing bastards they are. Taking away health care coverage for disabled CHILDREN?
Oh, and while you are at it, taking away Planned Parenthood funding for a year (even tho Medicaid never paid for abortions) so women get denied the other health care and preventative screenings for cancer. So now they are saying that they don't want the government to tell you which provider you choose and then they turn around and deny it for WOMEN).
