Comey Friend, Wittes, Hints That a Trump Bombshell Is On The Way

We just published a story which hinted at a major incoming bombshell in the Trump/Russia investigation. The argument used was that both Trump and Fox News seem to have changed their narrative from ‘No Russian involvement of collusion” to “collusion is legal and common”. It’s almost as if they are preparing the public for evidence, which soon will drop, implicating that there really was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Immediately following the publication of that article this morning, another tidbit of information popped up, suggesting that yes a bombshell is on its way. Benjamin Wittes, the man James Comey provided details about his Trump memos to, who then leaked them to the press, has just made two somewhat cryptic tweets alluding to a ticking time bomb.

The first tweet simply read, “tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick.”
This was then followed by a more substantial, yet still cryptic tweet, stating:
“3 things:
1) Not all ticks are related to Comey.
2) Fuse length remains uncertain.
3) Interesting preemptive defense of collusion happening.”

Wittes is a distinguished individual who clearly garnered the trust of James Comey. He’s not someone to make up or embellish rumors or facts, and if he believes something big is coming, I personally view it as fact. Wittes has tweeted the words ‘tick tick tick” before, and each time he has, yet another major leak in this investigation dropped soon after. Combined with the sudden change of narrative by Fox News and Trump himself, I feel it’s safe to say that something big is on the way; something that is not going to go over well for the President. Then again, perhaps I’m wrong.

have been passed, strong conservative groups formed and united to oppose them, and of course there is a strong overlap with conservative religion.

For the U.S. I've read Jane Mayer's Dark Money. Names a lot of the big funders and drivers of a conspiracy to make the U.S. far more conservative over the past 50 years.

What I really like, though, is that this reaction actually started in our nation with its formation. That kind of conservative really hated and opposed what we created, and they've been fighting to change it ever since. They've had some wins lately and may have more, but the very fact that they've been losing for the past 240 years, even while new liberal democracies have formed around the planet, shows which ideology is the more powerful.

Very notably, theirs cannot support 300 million people in reasonable prosperity in this nation alone, and specifically has no intention of doing that. So we'll win.

It's not going to happen. No matter what Trump did, will do, or is doing, the GOP and his supporters will just go along and not a damn thing will happen. Trump was correct when he said he could shoot someone in the middle of the street with 1000 witnesses and not a damn thing would happen to him and he would'n lose any support.

The GOP is having WAY too much fun bringing all their dreams to fruition to want anything to happen to 45. Yeah, they bring out an uninsurance bill and whip everyone into a frenzy, and when no one is looking sell off our country to the highest bidders. Want to mine coal or drill for oil in the Grand Canyon? You betcha. Want to build a geothermal plant on top of Old Faithful? Why not. Want to roll back Civil Right, suppress Dem voters, gerrymander the whole damn country, bring back child labor, kill unions, repeal minimum wage laws? Go for it.

They absolutely LOVE 45, because he takes the spotlight off of what they are doing. So don't expect our country to EVER come back. The GOP now has all three branches of Govt in their pocket and they will not ever allow another free and fair election. We will be like Russia. We will have elections, but there will only be one party on the ballot. Or perhaps only one party that can possibly win.

Glad for the hints, but if I were a private citizen with info, I'd be VERY careful. Some of the people involved in this are batsh_t crazy and ruthless.

86. Doesn't matter. This is Trump, remember? No scandal will ever be big enough to take him down.

Nothing!
He could stand naked in Time Square shooting tourists and nothing would be done to him.
He's the Republican president with the Republican Congress.
They will discard every law and every moral they've ever known to ensure he remains in power.
Don't get your hopes up.

Yes, I noticed narrative flip, now idiot is implicating Obama, of course..According to the liar, Obama colluded wiith the Russians so Clinton would lose...huh? Aye! My head hurts! When will this locura stop? Now this farse, stall tactic --- repubs holding out on healthcare bill, last number, 5 senators may or may not sure but keep on watching stupicks (that us) maybe a vote on floor by Friday , or maybe not. Not sure they say, not enough votes. News Flash! They're lying! They're are going to all vote, they''ve been threatening repeal for 8 years -- so repeal it already! And, Dems please stop begging and pleading it's embarrasing; have some dignity, Boycot Senate vote!

These heartless so called Christian's just dont care if people are going to die, lose their homes, file bankruptcy, lose all their life's savings, they just dont care! In the meantime what's going on with Russia? No, no, look over here they say, healthcare remember, just more games to distract from Russian/trumpf collusion.

Mid-terms are 17 months away. In the meantime what can be better than drip drip drip?

104. Coats/Rogers refusing to testify that Trump did NOT ask them to interfere in Comey investigation
Tue Jun 27, 2017, 11:04 AM
Jun 2017

It's insane that this hasn't gotten FAR more attention. What percentage of people, espeically on the right, even know this. Two leading intelligence chiefs refused to answer whether Trump asked them to influence Comey to back off of collusion investigation. If the answer was a flat "no, Trump never asked us to do that", they would have said that.

This is a HUGE red flag. That's the two leading intelligence directors and Comey ALL saying that Trump asked them to quash the investigation. An innocent person simply doesn't do that.

If Bill Clinton had pressured multiple people to quash Ken Star, if Hillary had pressured multiple people to quash the Benghazi/email investigation, there would have been holy hell about it. They would have been brought up on obstruction charges.

Even the supposed left leaning MSM has not zeroed in on Coats/Rogers enough. Refusing to answer that question was an answer. The President is guilty of obstruction of justice. If he was not guilty of collusion, he would not have pressured at least 3 different people to halt the investigation. It's a glaring red flag and I don't think anyone other than Trump would be able to minimize it the way he has. Somehow, by continuously spewing crazy bullshit, the sheer volume of it seems to give him immunity from any specific item.

The lack of response, WAS the response.

And to think the Clinton was impeached over lying about a sexual affair with another consenting adult...

114. If Trump got under oath like Bill Clinton did
Tue Jun 27, 2017, 09:53 PM
Jun 2017

with questioners as hostile and loaded for bear as the Star commission was, it would be a perjury fiesta.

I'm still not really sure what Clinton's specific lie was. He said he didn't have sex with Monica, but technically it was just oral sex, so that's not a lie. The whole purpose of bringing him in for that testimony wasn't to discover any information about actual wrongdoing. It was simply because they had the stained dress from consensual activity and they wanted to bait him into misrepresenting a personal relationhship so they could damage him. The false equivalencies and double standards are off the charts.

by commenting on a day old post it just kicks it back up again. Probably not the best way to avoid such posts.
