PEOPLE BELIEVE WHAT THEY WANT TO. Conservatives believe Republican lies because they want to. Contradictory information and sources are rejected without consideration because they KNOW they're all lies. That is a basic frame through which all input is filtered.

I used to believe that if we teach children to think they would think as adults.
