Because of what just happened, and assuming they kill votes for the end of the week, they may be off starting Thursday night though.

(4,187 posts)The Republican leadership tried to pass the bill quickly, before the public had a chance to put pressure on their representatives to vote against it. It didn't work. We should keep up the pressure to make sure they are not able to destroy the ACA through inaction.

He will strike the fear into Republicans, and embolden the Democrats.
Kill this rich people K Street written tax giveaway disguised as a healthcare bill forever.
Believe it or not, you have a lot of Republicans quietly praying you get out and protest.
It gives them cover to tell Mitch McConnell, they are not going to pad his retirement with their jobs.
Which I hope it's too late for that

More moderate you lose the tea-holes and less moderate you lose the Republican-lites.
