I have a question about this.

When McTurtle is televised or pictured, why is Senator Barrasso always in the picture with him? The other senator who is frequently in the picture with McConnell is Cornyn. What's up with that? Are they the only ones who are available?

So, I guess it's for an appearance of "legitimacy" around McConnell to have a real MD, no matter how quacky that doctor is that he had to run for politics instead of continuing to run a practice.
He's young enough that it doesn't seem like it was a personal medical or family reason that he quit the lucrative field of orthopedic surgery for politics - just sayin'.

Not saying all medical doctors who go into politics are quacks, but it sure seems a lot of them have constituents who are more than happy with that doctor in DC rather than back at home.

ANY time there's a camera on republikers, he gets his arrogant for NO dang reason mug in the camera shot. He is despicable.
