It is no secret that former Gov. Sarah Palin is now suing the New York Times over reference to her and her Congressional Crosshairs poster of 2011 in regards to the recent incident involving a member of Congress.

The poster in question, which I will not display, that Palin's PAC published in 2011 showed states in play for defeating Democratic Party members of Congress . Arizona was one of those states. Rep. Gabby Giffords was shot in the head and nearly killed by a gunman in 2011. She was in Palin's PAC crosshairs at that time.
The question now lies, why wait until after 6 years to file suit?

(17,865 posts)editorial. It is a worthless suit. An editorial occupies the same space in media as Sean Hannity for example.
By the way if this is a valid suit, then Hillary Clinton should sue Sean Hannity for continuing to report on his website that Bret Baier Clinton to be indicted story which appeared a few days before the election.

Oh, and let us not forget to thank her for the "Death Panels" naming, that the Republiscums have now attempted to make a reality. She owns that one folks.
