Even if McConnell were to "sneak" a Trumpcare vote on Friday,
1) What about the opportunity to debate the bill before the vote, and
2) How can he be sure that he'll have the votes in 72 hours? Even if he and the RNC threaten to primary "renegade" Senators, they're going to lose their seats if they vote in favor of Trumpcare. Wouldn't they choose to leave the Senate on their own terms than by threats?

You're dealing with a nasty, viscous, racist, treasonous, mean and hateful rattle snake in McConnell/99.1% of Senate thuglicans, and just because that death bill didn't get voted on and passed this week doesn't mean that he can't come up with some other way to get it voted on and passed. Who'd have ever thought he'd do what he did to get his and tRumputin's death bill THIS far? Look at how McConnell obstructed Pres. Obama from appointing a justice to the High Court? He wouldn't even allow Obama an up or down vote on his Supreme Court justice. tRumputin, an illegitimate, treasonous, installed president, got to appoint his right-winger onto the Supreme Court instead of a 2-time elected Pres. who won mandates to govern, but who was stopped by thuglicans (McConnell) et al. continually. Also, to know that you could be party to allowing 22 million people to lose their health care, and knowing that mano of those 22 million people could die if they don't have any health care just so you can give huge tax breaks to yourself & the richest 400 or so families in the country IS murder. Pure and simple. McConnell doesn't CARE though 
You have other thuglican jack ass Senators in Johnson, Rant Paul and Canadian Cruz who didn't think the bill went far enough--they want people to die IMMEDIATELY or never have health insurance so that they can enjoy the spectacle of seeing people die, their OWN constituents included. You're dealing with warped-minded, rotten, viscous, evil MONSTERS here--especially in McConnell--who don't give a DAMN about whether people have health care/insurance or about people who'll die if they don't have it. We're in hand to hand combat with thuglicans/tRumputin who are aligned with the ruskies who are screwing their own citizens, so you KNOW it'll be whatever it takes to try to get this death bill passed so you can then give yourself and the richest what you don't really need--and that's more million$.
