Cutting Medicaid funding doesn't reduce healthcare, no Grover, it does,

why are all the Canadian folk coming to America for health care, no Grover, they don't, I'm from Canada.

Increasing budgets for healthcare, doesn't give better outcomes, no Grover, it has been proven over and over again that it does.

I was never so mad when the show came to an end, talk about saved by the Bell,

he was verbally down on the mat, but the count had not begun
