Without reservation that millions of votes were fraudulent, no one in their right mind would make such a claim without already having proof would they?

The thing about anonymous votes is that there's no way to determine who voted for which candidate. Your theory would require time travel (to go back in time to election day 2016) and a cloak of invisibility (to sneak into the voting booth). Perhaps you're being a bit hyperbolic and illogical.

Republicans have long clung to the obviously insipid claim that in-person voter fraud is a thing. This is just a furtherance of that.

Koblach is the Interstate Crosscheck vote purger.

If he gets all the info on all the voters in the country, party affiliation included, he doesn't have to stop at just purging similar AA, Latino and Asian sounding names, he can just purge any and all Democratic names that resemble each other.

No more guessing that they may be Democrats, he'll have the actual proof.

over his request for personal data from their voting rolls. I don't know how stupid Kobach thinks state secretaries of state are, but he's being terribly disappointed that they can all read the law covering the information.

When he can't get any traction in Kansas or Mississippi, he's in trouble.

NM's SOS hasn't received his letter yet (perhaps he forgot we're a state), but has already published a rather testy reply in the negative.

At best, it's a fishing expedition. At worst, I don't want to think about it.

He spent tons of taxpayer money in Kansas and I think he found 9 cases and most of those were just because people got confused.

He is really an idiot.

Kansas people are really sick if those guys. We have so many editorials in the KC Star that are really negative toward the current Kansas politicians. They have destroyd

the whole economy . Kansas used to be known for it's wonderful schools. Not any more.

16. Even Colorado's SecState, who handed over the data...

Which, given our open records, was actually required of our SecState, answered the question about election integrity with something along the lines of "we have extremely transparent elections because we use mail ballots, on paper, and don't purge our voter rolls like some states I could mention." And replied to the question on voter fraud with "Yep, there have been nine cases in the last five years. Seven of them were Republicans trying to vote twice, one was a dead person whose ballot got sent back, probably unintentionally, one was abusing his spouse. Not worried."

They must be happy to allow their BIGLY federal gub'mint to collect even more personal data, voting patterns, etc.

Not one peep of "government overreach." Imagine if President Obama had ordered the collection of all voting data? The screaming from the right would never stop.
