My cousin's kid is an adoptee, it was done via the church and monetary expenses. Most of the judges involved in the legal process were women, who handled it all.

Are government officials allowed to hold talks with any foreign officials? Is that against the current law?

Were the DTJ meeting with Russian held before the election? Is it illegal for candidates or their surrogates to talk to foreigners?

From what I have seen in news, almost all Trump surrogates had meetings with foreigners, especially Russians. But none of them are in jail. That tells me it must be legal.

I am not a lawyer, but my guess is any foreigner can help any candidate here so long as it is not direct contributions.

I've been waiting for this to break. I expected it two weeks ago, but perhaps it is better that it comes out just as Trump returns from Europe.
