This here is another sterling example of the fact that wingers can't do humor to save their own miserable lives. They really suck at satire.

Patrick Dorinson, a spokesperson for the alliance, said the ad was addressing the fact that after six months people are still protesting Donald Trump as president. Dorinson said there seems to be a protest "every weekend" against the Trump administration and the ad was meant to introduce "levity."

Well, my short answer to that is, "Fuck that noise, you're all getting what you deserve." My longer answer is a bit more detailed.

The issue isn't that whether or not he won the White House. Of course, he did, with an unhealthy dose of Russian meddling, GOPr voter suppression and a quirk in the Electoral College without the benefit of the popular vote thrown in to boot (That last puppy right there will always put an asterisk by his name in the list of presidents.)

No, the key points here are his utter corruption, malfeasance and incompetence AS president.

He's simply too ignorant, lazy and self-absorbed to properly do the president's job. He thinks that he can do the only thing that he's ever known; be a con-man, a corporate despot and a brand-marketer and get away with it by lying every time he opens his putrid pie-hole.

Sorry, being the prez is a little bit more complicated and harder than that.

He doesn't understand the nation's laws, the Constitution, the function of his own job, his own unfitness and ill-temperament to do the job, the fact that he shouldn't try to dismantle our national institutions while coddling with our proven adversaries. He barely knows where he is, what he's doing and what he's said half the time. He's damaging our standing and a world leader, and therefore, creating jeopardy and uncertainty for ourselves and the rest of the world. He's a chaos engine of the first order. And as the guy who's responsible for running the executive branch of the federal government, the last word on international policies and the guy with the nuclear key, that's not a good thing to be. It's abundantly obvious that he has no idea how he comes across to anyone with a lick of common sense... Worst of all about any of this, he doesn't even care.

He's pretty much the worst person ever to become president.

So yeah, I have no problems stipulating that he's the President of the Electoral College of America. Of course, he is. All I'm asking is, what has he done for anyone lately?

Being prez means that he's going to be criticized, judged, opposed, blocked and that he should be held in account for his actions and policies. because getting elected isn't the end of an argument, it's the beginning.

So, thin-skinned Trumpsters need to get up off their high horses and DEAL with the fact that not everyone is going to like him or approve of the job he's doing. It comes with the territory.

And if he doesn't like that fact, there is one thing that he can do about it... Resign and take his fucking cabinet of assholes and morons with him. No one with any common sense and decency will judge him harshly for it.

(P.S., the real reason that wingers suck at humor and satire is the mere fact that they're always obsessed about punching DOWN. That shit is never funny, it's just mean and only sadists and assholes will ever find it funny. Just think of the reactions to their bullshit as a litmus test for sadism and assholery and you will never go wrong.)
